Bitcoin’s meteoric rise parallels the cultural adoption curve of skateboarding, as noted by skateboarding legend Tony Hawk at a 2021 Bitcoin conference in Miami. He sees decentralization as a tool for empowering individuals, enabling them to reclaim control over their lives. Freddy also noted how the cryptocurrency community has supported events like Burning Man during challenging times, underscoring its cultural and financial significance.
